The prosecutors in New York have already won criminal fraud cases agains the Trump Organization and certain members of the organization. Now they have information they need to go forward with fraud cases directly on Donald personally. And the IRS has the information they need to go ahead with tax fraud cases in Federal court. Trump overvalued and undervalued the same hard assets to gain financial benefit. That is a **** felony. His only defense is going to be "I'm stupid Donald Trump, I don't know everything my employees are doing."
